Our Montco Family

You see the impact of your work every day in the lives of your students, as they overcome challenges, pursue their dreams, and achieve their goals.

But you also see many of your students face personal and financial barriers that prevent them from completing their education. By supporting the Foundation’s scholarship, emergency, and other funds, you help Montco provide resources to help your students conquer those barriers and succeed.

Your contribution will make a significant impact in the lives of our dedicated and determined Montco students. Learn more about the ways to give.

Here are a few stories of why our Montco family gives back:

“We all find inspiration in different ways. For me, it's my Montco family and the holistic approach we take in providing quality services, above and beyond just education, to meet our students where they are and help them, learn, grow, heal, thrive, and achieve. And that’s why I give back. To support our students and all their needs.”

Part-Time Instructional Technology Specialist

“As an employee of Montco, I have the pleasure of interacting with our students and future leaders every day. Many of our students inspire me, as they have overcome many challenges to get to where they are today. I believe that if many people donate just a little every month, we can help support our students in achieving their academic goals.”

Tyler Steffy, Ed.D.
Director of Student Life

“I remember what it was like going to college as a single parent—ultimately, I persevered. It was the small ‘wins’ that encouraged me along my journey, so I am just paying it forward.”

“Through working in the student support services area, I see first-hand the obstacles and hardships that our students must regularly navigate to continue their education.  I give because I want my donation to be available to those who need it to overcome those barriers to success.”

Payroll deduction

Why do hundreds of College faculty and staff members give to the Foundation? The answers are diverse, but they all reflect a sincere belief in the work that’s done here. As a respected member of our faculty or staff, you already make valuable contributions with your energy and efforts. Contributing financially represents an additional vote of confidence in our future and a way to share your sense of partnership and pride. While you also have the ability to make an outright gift online or via mail, we encourage you to consider payroll deduction as an easy way to make ongoing impact.

Payroll deductions allow College employees to have their donation automatically deducted from their paycheck. This is an easy way to spread your gift over a period of time. Just a few dollars from each paycheck can really add up!

Per Pay Period Total annual gift amount
$5 $130
$6 $156
$8 $208
$10 $260
